Our scope for this project encompassed the complete detail drawing development and working drawings. The self-contained hotel, located in the flat plains of the Terai region in Bhairawa, Nepal, was envisioned with a passive design approach. It features 100 guest rooms and two private villas, complemented by amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, gym, casino, banquet halls, restaurant, bar, a grand lobby, children’s entertainment areas, and a high-tech reception.
