Service Apartment Building in Chundevi

A thoughtfully designed 1,997.25 sq.m service apartment building that blends comfort, sustainability, and a sense of community. The south-facing balconies open to garden views and capture natural warmth through large double-glazed windows, while the textured compressed earth block facade gives the building a natural, welcoming character.
Separate pedestrian and vehicle entrances make arriving easy and safe. Inside, light-filled staircases and east-facing windows bring in the morning sun, and shared garden terraces on every floor create spaces for neighbors to connect.
Foldable glass doors invite fresh breezes in summer and keep the warmth in during winter. We provided the comprehensive and detailed design for the architectural, structural, electrical, sanitary/plumbing, HVAC, and allied works.
