Green Venture Zone (GVZ) – Pokhara

The Green Job Creation through Recycling and Upcycling Project in Pokhara delivers a modern facility designed to generate sustainable employment while promoting environmentally responsible practices.

Covering 4,996.62 sqm with a basement and four floors, the complex integrates recycling and upcycling operations, a recreational center, administrative offices, utilities, and landscaped areas, all in line with city bylaws. The design combines reinforced concrete and steel structures across four floors, emphasizing operational efficiency and community use. Commissioned by KOICA Nepal, the project establishes a functional, sustainable hub that aligns with broader goals of green development and job creation.
