Dudjom Monastery
Satikhel, Pharping
Nestled within 15,066 sq. m. of the spiritual hills of Satikhel, Pharping, the Monastery Project by the Dudjom International Foundation is a visionary architectural endeavor rooted in cultural reverence and holistic design. With JK Associates serving as the consultant for detailed design drawings and design development, the project covers a full range of services, including topographical and soil investigations, along with complete architectural, structural, and MEP design.
Crafted upon the Foundation’s conceptual design, the monastery is envisioned to blend sacred functionality with environmental harmony. It includes a main prayer hall, residential blocks, service quarters, and landscaped surroundings, all developed in accordance with municipal norms and NFPA codes. The project aspires to become a serene sanctuary for spiritual learning, community engagement, and ecological consciousness in the southern valley of Kathmandu.
