JK Associates undertook the design and construction supervision of a commercial building featuring a single basement and a G+7 superstructure, with a total built-up area of 3,622.72 sq. m. The scope of work encompassed architectural and engineering design, along with supervision of earthwork, civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems. It also included essential building utilities such as communication networks, fire alarm systems, and lift installations.
The project further covered finishing works, including tile and marble, aluminum, and painting—along with foundation protection, piling works, and the integration of a stack parking system in the basement for efficient car parking.
