He is an accomplished architect and civil engineer with two decades of international experience in architecture, urban planning, and sustainable design. He holds dual MSc degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Porto and Architecture from TU Darmstadt, with doctoral research conducted at Aalto University, Finland, and QUT, Australia. Pedro has led and contributed to high-impact projects across Europe, the Middle East, and South Asia, including healthcare and urban development initiatives in Nepal funded by KOICA, as well as high-end residential projects. His work blends creativity with technical precision, shaping spaces that are both functional and visionary.
