Proud to announce that JK Associates has become the first Nepali architectural firm entrusted with designing the American Ambassador’s Residence.

This milestone represents more than just a project, it’s a celebration of Nepali creativity and innovation making its mark on the global stage. As we blend cultural heritage with modern design principles, we take immense pride in showcasing the brilliance of Nepali architecture to the world.

A major step toward sustainability and green job creation, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Green Venture Zone (GVZ) was held at Pokhara Exhibition Center, Pokhara-9.

JK Associates has been recognized for designing the GVZ, which will feature advanced waste management systems, eco-friendly production units, and business incubation support for green enterprises.

The project aims to empower 136 community groups by providing skill development and technical training, leading to both direct and indirect employment.

JK Associates is proud to have participated as a partner in the International Re Renovate Symposium 2025, held in Oulu, Finland, from August 1 to 3, organized by Aaltosiilo Ry, Factum Foundation, and Gamified Cohousing Oy. The symposium brought together leading voices in architecture, politics, and cultural diplomacy to explore the future of sustainable renovation in a rapidly changing world.

As a partner, JK Associates contributed to discussions on dynamic construction, smart renovation, and circular economy practices, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable and forward-thinking architectural solutions. The event is part of the Oulu2026 European Capital of Culture programme and aligns with the New European Bauhaus initiative.

Our collaboration alongside Parmaco, Lukkaroinen Arkkitehdit, BusinessOulu, Finnish Association of Architects SAFA, New European Bauhaus, Oulu2026, Proto – Designers of Northern Finland, and SSIBAP (University of Venice) highlights the growing importance of adaptive architecture and the role of thoughtful renovation in shaping resilient built environments.
